Silicone Roof Coatings
Silicone roof coating is one of the best materials on the market to combat moisture build-up and harsh UV rays – making it the perfect solution for Arizona.
The upfront cost is more expensive but it will save you time, money and will prolong the life of your roof.
The silicone roof formula we utilize takes advantage of Nano-elastomeric technology that allows for superior protection against permanent water pooling (or water ponding).
The roof coating we use is certified by the Cool Roof Rating Council and by Energy Star.
Acrylic Roof Coatings
Acrylic roof sealant is the most common material in the industry. It is best in the Southwestern States. because of its’ water-based formula that is used to reflect UV sun rays.
Polyurethane Roof Coatings
Polyurethane roof sealant is a solvent based roof coating comprised of thermoplastic organic units (aka plastic). A form of polyurethane is used as insulation for refrigerators and freezers – when applied in liquid form it is used to repel moisture. However, polyurethane does not do well against harmful UV sun rays.
Rubber Roof Coatings
Liquid rubber is used for common roof leaks. It is the most inexpensive solution. Many times the rubber is mixed with asphalt material used to manufacture roof shingles. When applied correctly the rubber creates an air tight seal along cracks or holes.
